When and where will the next exhibitions take place?
The dates for the upcoming exhibitions in the context of the DPG Spring Meetings can be found on our website under the item "Dates and Deadlines" (on the upper right).
When can exhibition stands be booked and when will the booking dates for them be announced?
We make every effort to allow you to book exhibition space as early as possible. However, this is only possible when we receive the final booth plans from the local conference venues. Often there are waiting times because local authorities, university administrations, fire protection, etc. have to approve them. As a rule, however, the booking process should start in October/November.
How do I get my login data for the electronic booking system to make a stand booking?
If you are not yet registered as a customer with DPG-GmbH, simply send a short e-mail with your company address to . You will then immediately receive your login data.
As a customer of DPG-GmbH, you will receive your login data by e-mail with sufficient advance notice of the booking date. Please make sure to inform us of your current contact, e.g. in case of a change of personnel, so that we can ensure that you will receive our information.
By the way, the login data do not change.
I have booked a booth. What is the next step?
After you have successfully booked a stand using the electronic booking system, you will receive a corresponding message from the system. You can log into the system at any time with your login data to check your booking(s) and whether you have ordered enough tables, chairs or entered your delivery list. Please be sure to do this early, preferably immediately following your booking.
Give us a little time to implement any incorrect bookings, changes or other requests by our customers before we send you your final order confirmation.

How many booth staff can attend the conference free of charge and do they have to be registered in advance?
A maximum of 3 people per booth can participate in the conference free of charge. These persons can register free of charge on site at the conference office. Registration in advance is not possible.
