Sponsoring of the catering during the welcome evening (pro rata)
The welcome evening will take place in the foyer of the central lecture theatre building (ZHG) and is expected to be attended by around 90% of the expected participants. With your sponsorship, the range of food and drinks on offer could be expanded, making the evening even more appealing for the guests.
Sponsorship amount: 4,500 EUR (plus VAT)
Our service in return:
- Your company logo will be published under the heading "Main sponsors of the 2nd DPG Fall Meeting" on the conference homepage (see https://quantum25.dpg-tagungen.de/sponsoring-spenden) and in the short programme of the conference.
- During the welcome evening, one or two (optional) roll-up(s) provided by you (e.g. Sponsored by ...) will be set up at the central distribution stations.
- We will provide you with a 1-page colour advertisement in the short programme of the conference
- You will receive 3 conference passes for free conference participation
Sponsoring of the coffee breaks (pro rata)
All coffee breaks will take place in the foyer of the central lecture theatre building (ZHG).
Sponsorship amount: from 2,500 EUR (plus VAT)
Our service in return:
- Your company logo will be published under the heading "Sponsors of the 2nd DPG Fall Meeting" on the conference homepage (see https://quantum25.dpg-tagungen.de/sponsoring-spenden) and in the short programme of the conference.
- During the coffee breaks, a roll-up provided by you (e.g. Sponsored by ...) will be set up at the central coffee counter.
- You will receive 3 conference passes for free conference participation.

4. 1-page colour advertisement in the short conference programme
5. Additional placement of a 2nd roll-up (provided by you).
