1. Collection of http protocol data

Each time a user accesses the DPG-GmbH website, data about this process is stored and processed in a log file. In detail, the following data is stored about each access: Anonymized IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, URL and previously visited website.
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data for statistical evaluations and to improve the offer for our customers and third parties interested in DPG-GmbH, as well as to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context, nor does the storage of this data together with other personal data of the user. Prior to storage beyond one session, each data record is anonymized by changing the IP address. It is therefore not possible to assign the collected data to a specific natural person.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The processing serves to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party. This interest does not outweigh the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. By anonymizing the IP address, the interest of the users in their protection of personal data is sufficiently taken into account, so that a permanent storage of the anonymized data is possible.

2. Online Forms for Booking Services of DPG-GmbH

On our website, we offer users the opportunity to book services of DPG-GmbH by providing personal data. The data is entered into an input mask, transmitted to us via an encrypted SSL connection and stored. When organizing and performing certain services, DPG-GmbH transmits data to commissioned service providers. The commissioned service providers are obligated to protect your personal data by means of agreements. During the booking process, the user's consent to the processing of this data is obtained and reference is made to this privacy policy.

The legal basis for the processing of the data, if the user has given his consent, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. If the data is stored and processed for the fulfillment of a contract to which the user is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, the legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO.

3. Contact Forms and E-Mail Contact

If you contact us by e-mail or contact form, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. When using the contact form, your consent to the processing of the data is obtained during the sending process and reference is made to this data protection declaration.

Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.
The other personal data processed during the sending process are used to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if the user has given his consent. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. If the e-mail contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
